About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Administration Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks and coordination duties to ensure the smooth operation of our services and support for both participants and support workers.
Key Responsibilities
Shift Allocation:
Allocate shifts to NDIS participants, ensuring optimal coverage and participant satisfaction.
Coordinate with support workers to confirm availability and assign shifts.
Respond to participant inquiries and requests regarding shift allocations.
Onboarding and Contract Management:
Prepare and edit employment contracts for new support workers.
Guide new support workers through the onboarding process, including background checks and gathering necessary documents.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Support Worker Management:
Follow up with support workers during and after shifts to address any issues or concerns.
Review and follow up on shift notes submitted by support workers.
Provide guidance and support to support workers as needed.
General Administrative Tasks:
Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Competitive hourly pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the NDIS sector (preferred but not necessary).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
